I just ran across an article on a grant CAFB received from the Lola Wright Foundation in 2007 for new equipment. The article states that, among other things, the grant was to provide “the funds to purchase desktop computers, wireless service, phone systems, hardware and software and consultation.” Yet we have no wireless internet as of 2009. Hmm.
